운영 및 개인정보 문의: 주식회사 솔매터, kimsol@solmatter.kr. 이 방침은 Luckyloop Android 앱과 관련 지원 문의에 적용됩니다.
기기 내 저장: 게임 진행, 설정, 수집 기록, 원정 기록과 기술·플레이 로그를 기기에 저장하여 이어하기와 문제 진단에 사용합니다. 게임의 로컬 로그 기록 기능에는 서버 업로드 기능이 없습니다. Luckyloop 자체 회원가입이나 원정 저장의 기기 간 자동 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다.
결제: 본편 구매와 구매 권한 확인·복원에는 Google Play 및 Unity In-App Purchasing을 사용합니다. Google Play는 결제와 플랫폼 거래 기록을 처리합니다. 결제 카드번호나 Google 계정 비밀번호를 Luckyloop가 직접 입력받지 않습니다.
결제 SDK 처리: 구매 시도·완료·실패 처리 과정에서 상품, 가격, 통화, 거래 및 영수증 정보와 오류 정보가 처리됩니다. Unity 결제 SDK는 해당 이벤트와 기기 모델·운영체제·언어·저장공간 정보, 앱·SDK 버전, 설치 시각 및 사용 가능한 설치·세션 식별자를 Unity로 전송하는 기능을 포함합니다. 네트워크 요청에는 IP 주소가 수반됩니다. 이는 결제 서비스 운영, 거래 처리 및 진단에 사용됩니다. 게임의 일반 분석 설정이 꺼져 있다는 이유로 이 처리가 없어지는 것은 아닙니다.
외부 서비스: Google과 Unity는 각 서비스의 정책에 따라 정보를 처리하며, 해외에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 각사의 처리 목적, 보관 및 권리 행사 안내는 아래 정책 링크에서 확인할 수 있습니다. Luckyloop는 광고를 표시하거나 게임 내 이메일 입력·웹 상점 로그인을 제공하지 않습니다.
지원 문의: 이메일로 문의하면 회신 주소, 문의 내용과 직접 첨부한 주문번호·화면·진단 정보를 문의 해결에 사용합니다. 불필요한 민감정보는 보내지 마세요. 문의 해결에 필요한 동안 보관하고 목적이 끝나면 삭제합니다. 법률상 보관 의무나 분쟁 처리가 필요한 정보는 해당 사유가 지속되는 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.
삭제 및 권리: 기기 내 데이터는 Android의 앱 데이터 삭제로 지울 수 있으며 진행 상황도 함께 사라집니다. 이 작업은 Google 또는 Unity가 처리한 거래 기록을 삭제하지 않습니다. 정보 열람·정정·삭제 또는 처리 관련 요청은 위 문의 주소로 보내 주세요. 외부 서비스가 관리하는 기록은 해당 서비스의 절차가 필요할 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제만으로 구매가 환불되지는 않습니다.
아동 및 변경: 아동의 개인정보에 관한 문의는 보호자가 연락할 수 있습니다. 결제에는 해당 Google 계정의 보호자 승인 및 플랫폼 규칙이 적용됩니다. 처리 내용이 변경되면 이 페이지와 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Operator and privacy contact: SOLMATTER Co., Ltd., kimsol@solmatter.kr. This policy covers the Luckyloop Android app and related support requests.
On-device data: Progress, settings, collection and expedition records, and technical/gameplay logs are stored on the device for resuming play and troubleshooting. The local gameplay logger has no upload function. Luckyloop has no separate user account or automatic cross-device expedition-save synchronization.
Purchases: Google Play and Unity In-App Purchasing provide full-game purchases and entitlement checks/restoration. Google Play handles payment and platform transaction records. Luckyloop does not directly ask for card numbers or Google account passwords.
Purchase SDK processing: Purchase attempts, completion and failures involve product, price, currency, transaction, receipt and error information. The Unity purchase SDK includes transmission of these events, device model, operating system, language and storage information, app/SDK versions, installation time and available installation/session identifiers to Unity. Network requests also involve an IP address. This supports payment service operation, transaction processing and diagnostics. Disabling general game analytics does not by itself disable this processing.
External services: Google and Unity process information under their service policies and may process it internationally. Their policies linked below explain their practices, retention and privacy rights. Luckyloop does not display ads or offer in-game email entry or a webshop login.
Support: When you email us, we use your reply address, message and any order number, screenshot or diagnostic information you choose to attach to resolve the request. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. We retain support information while needed to resolve the request and delete it when that purpose ends, except while a legal retention requirement or dispute requires it.
Deletion and rights: Android app-data deletion removes local data and progress. It does not delete transaction records processed by Google or Unity. Contact the address above for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. Records controlled by an external service may require that service’s process. Uninstalling does not refund a purchase.
Children and changes: A parent or guardian may contact us about a child’s personal information. Purchases follow the Google account’s parental approval and platform rules. We update this page and its effective date when these practices change.

外部サービス: GoogleとUnityは各サービスの方針に従って情報を処理し、国外で処理する場合があります。処理、保存期間、権利については下記の方針をご覧ください。Luckyloopは広告表示、ゲーム内メール入力、ウェブショップのログインを提供しません。
サポート: メールの返信先、本文、ご自身が添付した注文番号・画面・診断情報を問題解決に使用します。不要な機微情報は送らないでください。解決に必要な期間保持し、目的が終了したら削除します。ただし法令上の保存義務や紛争処理に必要な間は保持する場合があります。
削除と権利: Androidのアプリデータ削除で端末内の情報と進行状況を削除できます。GoogleやUnityの取引記録は削除されません。開示・訂正・削除などは上記の窓口へお問い合わせください。外部サービスの記録には、そのサービスの手続きが必要な場合があります。アプリの削除だけでは払い戻しは行われません。
お子様と変更: お子様の個人情報について保護者からお問い合わせいただけます。購入にはGoogleアカウントの保護者承認とプラットフォームの規則が適用されます。処理内容の変更時は本ページと施行日を更新します。
