개인정보처리방침
주식회사 솔매터(이하 "회사")는 모바일 게임 "네코 도시락"(이하 "앱")을 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.
1. 회사가 직접 수집하는 정보
회사는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 연락처, 사진 등 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원 가입이나 로그인도 없습니다. 회사 서버로 전송되는 정보도 없습니다.
2. 광고를 위해 Google이 수집하는 정보
앱은 무료로 제공되며, 광고를 보여 주기 위해 Google LLC의 광고 도구(Google Mobile Ads SDK, AdMob)를 사용합니다. 광고를 불러오고 보여 줄 때 Google이 다음 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.

맞춤형 광고는 법이 동의를 요구하는 지역에서는 이용자가 동의한 경우에만 제공됩니다. iPhone에서는 앱이 추적 허용(App Tracking Transparency)을 요청하지 않으므로 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 사용하지 않습니다. Google이 정보를 어떻게 사용하는지는 Google 파트너 사이트·앱에서의 데이터 사용과 Google 개인정보처리방침에서 볼 수 있습니다.
3. 동의와 선택
유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스 등 법이 요구하는 지역에서는 처음 실행할 때 Google의 동의 화면이 나타나며, 설정의 "광고 개인정보 옵션"에서 언제든 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다. Android에서는 기기 설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정해 맞춤형 광고를 거부할 수 있습니다. 광고를 보는 것은 게임 진행에 꼭 필요하지 않으며, 보상형 광고는 이용자가 원할 때만 재생됩니다.
4. 국외 이전
광고를 불러올 때 위 2번의 정보가 인터넷을 통해 Google LLC(미국)와 그 계열사로 전송됩니다. 이전 목적과 항목은 위 표와 같으며, 보관 기간은 Google의 정책을 따릅니다. 이전을 원하지 않으면 앱을 사용하지 않거나 기기의 네트워크를 끈 상태에서 이용할 수 있습니다(이때 광고와 광고 보상은 제공되지 않습니다).
5. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보
게임 진행(깬 레벨, 별, 코인, 설정, 의상, 푸는 중인 판)과 게임 안 이벤트 기록은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 회사로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
6. 권한
인터넷·네트워크 상태 확인 권한과 광고 ID 권한(Android)은 광고를 불러오는 데에만 사용합니다. 진동 권한은 도시락을 놓을 때 짧은 진동을 주는 데에만 사용하며, 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
7. 보관과 파기
회사는 개인정보를 보관하지 않습니다. 기기 안의 게임 기록은 앱을 삭제하면 파기됩니다. Google이 처리하는 정보의 보관과 파기는 Google의 정책을 따릅니다.
8. 아동
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 앱에 나오는 광고는 콘텐츠 등급을 제한해(G·PG 수준) 보여 줍니다.

Privacy Policy
SOLMATTER Co., Ltd. ("we") respects the privacy of everyone who plays the mobile game "Neko Bento" (the "App"). This policy explains what the App does with information.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect information that identifies you, such as your name, email, phone number, contacts or photos. There is no sign-up or login, and nothing is sent to our servers.
2. Information Google collects for ads
The App is free and shows ads through Google LLC's Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). When ads are requested and shown, Google may collect and process:

Where the law requires consent, personalized ads are shown only if you agree. On iPhone the App does not ask for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). 3. Consent and choices
In regions that require it (such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), Google's consent form appears on first launch, and you can change your choice at any time under Settings > "Ad privacy options". On Android you can delete or reset your advertising ID under device Settings > Privacy > Ads. Watching ads is never required to play; rewarded ads play only when you choose them.
4. International transfer
When ads load, the data in section 2 is sent over the internet to Google LLC (USA) and its affiliates for the purposes above and kept according to Google's policies.
5. Information stored only on your device
Game progress (cleared levels, stars, coins, settings, outfits, the puzzle in progress) and a log of in-game events stay on your device and are not sent to us. Deleting the App deletes them.
6. Permissions
Internet, network state and the advertising ID permission (Android) are used only to load ads. The vibration permission is used only for short taps when you place a bento; you can turn it off in Settings.
7. Retention
We keep no personal information. On-device data is removed when you delete the App. Google keeps the data it processes according to its own policies.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. Ads in the App are limited to general audiences (G/PG content ratings).

株式会社ソルマター（SOLMATTER Co., Ltd.、以下「当社」）は、モバイルゲーム「ねこ弁当」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用の方のプライバシーを大切にします。本ポリシーは、本アプリが情報をどのように扱うかを説明します。
1. 当社が収集する情報
当社は、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、連絡先、写真など、個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。会員登録やログインもなく、当社のサーバーに送信される情報もありません。
2. 広告のためにGoogleが収集する情報
本アプリは無料で、Google LLCの広告ツール（Google Mobile Ads SDK、AdMob）で広告を表示します。広告の読み込みと表示の際、Googleが次の情報を収集・処理することがあります。

法律で同意が必要な地域では、同意した場合にのみパーソナライズ広告が表示されます。iPhoneでは本アプリはトラッキングの許可（App Tracking Transparency）を求めず、広告識別子（IDFA）を使用しません。詳しくはGoogleのパートナーサイト・アプリでのデータ使用とGoogleプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
3. 同意と選択
EEA、英国、スイスなど法律で求められる地域では、初回起動時にGoogleの同意画面が表示され、設定の「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。Androidでは、端末の設定＞プライバシー＞広告で広告IDを削除・リセットできます。広告の視聴はゲームの進行に必須ではなく、リワード広告はご自身が選んだときだけ再生されます。
4. 国外への移転
広告の読み込み時、第2項の情報はインターネットを通じてGoogle LLC（米国）とその関連会社に送信され、上記の目的で利用され、Googleのポリシーに従って保管されます。
5. 端末内にのみ保存される情報
ゲームの進行状況（クリアしたレベル、星、コイン、設定、衣装、途中のパズル）とゲーム内イベントの記録は端末内にのみ保存され、当社には送信されません。アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。
6. 権限
インターネット、ネットワーク状態、広告ID（Android）の権限は広告の読み込みにのみ使用します。振動の権限は、お弁当を置いたときの短い振動にのみ使用し、設定でオフにできます。
7. 保管と削除
当社は個人情報を保管しません。端末内の記録はアプリの削除で消去されます。Googleが処理する情報はGoogleのポリシーに従って保管されます。
8. お子さま
本アプリは13歳未満のお子さまを対象としていません。本アプリの広告は一般向け（G・PG相当）に制限しています。
