Privacy Policy — Gem Loop: Royal Jewel Craft
1. Overview
SOLMATTER Co., Ltd. ("SOLMATTER", "we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile puzzle game Gem Loop: Royal Jewel Craft (Android package com.solmatter.gemloop). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you install and play the game, how it is used and shared, and how you can exercise your privacy and data-deletion rights.
2. No Account Registration Required
Gem Loop does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your real name, phone number, physical address, photos, contacts, or precise GPS location to play. Your level progress, settings, and Royal Vault collection are stored locally on your device.
3. Information Collected Automatically
- App Interactions & Gameplay Telemetry: Level starts/completions, move counts, booster usage, session duration, and feature engagement events used to balance puzzle difficulty and measure retention.
- Device & Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID), App Set ID, Firebase App Instance ID, and Google Play Install Referrer tokens used for analytics, campaign install attribution, and fraud prevention.
- Crash Logs & Diagnostics: Crash stack traces, ANR diagnostics, device model, OS version, language/locale, and frame-time performance metrics.
- Approximate Location: Country or region inferred from IP address by analytics and attribution SDKs (never precise GPS coordinates).
- Purchase History (When Store Purchases Are Enabled): Non-financial Google Play order status and product identifiers to deliver purchased digital items and restore non-consumable entitlements. Payment card details are processed exclusively by Google Play and are never visible to SOLMATTER.
4. Third-Party SDKs & Service Providers
We integrate industry-standard SDKs that process pseudonymous device and event data over TLS-encrypted connections:
- Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics & Remote Config (Google LLC) — Gameplay analytics, stability monitoring, and live game configuration (Google Privacy Policy).
- Meta App Events SDK (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — Mobile app install attribution and aggregated campaign performance measurement (Meta Privacy Policy).
- Google AdMob / Mediation Partners (When ad-supported editions are active) — Optional rewarded videos and interstitial ads governed by applicable regional consent prompts (GDPR/UMP and US State privacy controls).
5. How We Use Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve puzzle levels, performance, and stability;
- Measure advertising campaign effectiveness (install attribution and aggregated ROAS/CPI analytics);
- Detect automated test bots, abuse, or invalid traffic;
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to player support inquiries.
6. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK / Korea)
Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or Korea's PIPA applies, we rely on: (a) performance of a contract to deliver core gameplay and requested digital items; (b) legitimate interests in crash diagnostics, security, and aggregated product analytics; and (c) your consent where required for advertising identifiers or personalized ads.
7. Data Sharing & International Transfers
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. Pseudonymous identifiers, app interactions, approximate location, and diagnostics may be shared with the SDK providers listed in Section 4 (located in the United States, Republic of Korea, or global cloud regions) under standard contractual safeguards and TLS encryption in transit.
8. Advertising ID Controls & Opt-Out
You can reset or delete your Google Advertising ID at any time on Android via Settings > Google > All services > Ads > Reset / Delete advertising ID. When deleted, SDKs receive a string of zeros and cannot link your device to advertising profiles.
9. Data Retention
Local save data remains on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall Gem Loop. Firebase Analytics event-level data is retained for up to 14 months, and Crashlytics diagnostic logs are retained for up to 90 days.
10. Data Deletion Instructions
How to Delete Your Data:
- Immediate Local Deletion: Uninstall Gem Loop: Royal Jewel Craft or clear its storage in Android Settings > Apps > Gem Loop > Storage > Clear storage, and delete/reset your Advertising ID in Android Settings > Google > Ads.
- Server-Side Analytics / Attribution Deletion Request: Email kimsol@solmatter.kr with the subject line
Gem Loop Data Deletion Requestand include your Google Advertising ID (if available) or approximate install date and device model. We will delete associated pseudonymous records within 30 days and confirm completion by email.
11. Children's Privacy
Gem Loop is intended for general audiences aged 18 and over and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact kimsol@solmatter.kr and we will promptly delete it.
12. Security
All network transmissions between the app and our SDK partners use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, and access to analytics consoles is restricted to authorized SOLMATTER personnel.
13. Your Regional Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA / PIPA)
Depending on your location, you have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of data linked to your device identifier, and to opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising.

주식회사 솔매터(SOLMATTER Co., Ltd.)는 별도의 회원가입 없이 『젬 루프(Gem Loop)』 서비스를 제공하며, 게임 진행 데이터는 이용자 기기 내부에 저장됩니다. 앱 안정성 개선(Firebase Crashlytics), 플레이 통계 분석(Firebase Analytics) 및 캠페인 설치 성과 측정(Meta App Events)을 위해 가명화된 기기/광고 식별자(AAID), 앱 상호작용, 오류 로그, 대략적 국가 정보가 암호화(TLS)되어 전송될 수 있습니다. 데이터 삭제 요청 및 개인정보 관련 문의는 kimsol@solmatter.kr로 접수해 주시면 30일 이내에 지체 없이 처리해 드립니다.
15. Changes to This Policy
